Funding Requirements

1.  A brief Project Summary indicating how much is needed.
2.  A Fully Developed and Responsive Business Plan.
3.  Use of funds (may be included in the Business Plan).
4.  A clear/convincing Cash Flow Model with assumptions as per information contained in the Operating/Business Plan, also including all other relevant cash considerations. The Investor needs to be confident that they will have sound return(s) from the investment(s)
5.  Off taker letters (Contracts, Leases or Letters of Intent) OR proof of thereof.
6.  The Contractor OR Operations & Management OR Engineering Procurement & Construction entities must be willing to issue a AAA+ rated Performance Bond covering 100% of the contract for faithful performance of the contract. The Investor has to have a way to recoup their investment if the project fails.
The Investor will pay for the premium.
